 More hotel options
« Thread Started on Dec 12, 2006, 7:20am »

A couple of people have asked about hotel options other than the Omni, preferably ones that offer cheaper rates. Are there any other hotels in the area that would be feasible?

There are other options, but I think Omni is still the cheapest and most convenient. It's in walking distance and the rooms are pretty nice too.

There is a Marriott that is within walking distance that's actually closer to some of the events. It's probably not as classy as the Omni, but it's slightly cheaper, depending on how many people you shove into a room.
The address is 30 Whalley Ave (New Haven).
There are also a number of small inns/B&B closeby, but I don't know much about them.
Hope that helped.
